Sup just started my diet and wanted everything critiqued for maximum fatloss and minimal muscle loss. Its suppose to be a 3 month diet plan
First my cycle is:
750 mgs/week Test E
300 mgs/week Tren Ace
50 mgs/day Wintrol
25 mg/day T3
Diet:
(Keep in mind I take over 6g's of CLA and alot of Multi's, Also i take my aminos and all that pizazz)
Morning
2 scoops protein shake with milk, I add in 2 teaspoons of ***** Oils, with 2g's of Glutamine and 1 cup of Oats (into the shake). With it I will eat some fruits.
About 1-2 hours later I will have 4-6 eggs with fruits. IF i have to go to the gym I will only take a shake.
After the gym I have my Aminos, and my protein shake with glutimine..
An hour later I will have 1 chicken and 1 1/2 cup of veggies with it.
And i eat like that every 2 hours. I usually get 3-5 of these meals in depending if my day is long.
Then before bed I will have another protein shake with 2 teaspoons of ***** fats, glutimine and various pills..
