Cutting, Diet and Cycle, please critique
Sup just started my diet and wanted everything critiqued for maximum fatloss and minimal muscle loss. Its suppose to be a 3 month diet plan
First my cycle is:
750 mgs/week Test E
300 mgs/week Tren Ace
50 mgs/day Wintrol
25 mg/day T3
Diet:
(Keep in mind I take over 6g's of CLA and alot of Multi's, Also i take my aminos and all that pizazz)
Morning
2 scoops protein shake with milk, I add in 2 teaspoons of ***** Oils, with 2g's of Glutamine and 1 cup of Oats (into the shake). With it I will eat some fruits.
About 1-2 hours later I will have 4-6 eggs with fruits. IF i have to go to the gym I will only take a shake.
After the gym I have my Aminos, and my protein shake with glutimine..
An hour later I will have 1 chicken and 1 1/2 cup of veggies with it.
And i eat like that every 2 hours. I usually get 3-5 of these meals in depending if my day is long.
Then before bed I will have another protein shake with 2 teaspoons of ***** fats, glutimine and various pills..
Please let me know how it is. ANY comments will help
i'm about 220-225 @ 5'11 and want to look lean as hell
people have estimated me between 12-15% body fat

Welcome!
How's your workout routine? Honestly, I would hold off on any AAS cycling attempts and I would concentrate on dieting clean & right/workout routine for the next 8 to 12months. Depending on results made then, I would jump on the AAS bandwagon. However, if you do a great job at dieting and working out (Cardio, Weights, etc) then, depending on results, I would consider that cycle (being your first ever) only a Test E based on 6 months -minimum. I would hold off on the Tren , after 1 or 2 cycles under you. The winny, well, that's not a big deal, you can trow that in on the last 4 - 6 weeks of cycle or first 4 weeks. However, this is the kicker, your results (whether on AAS or not) are DIET and Workout discipline dependent!

How come such a huge first cycle?
And it's difficult to say if your diet is ok since it seems like it changes daily.
Not only the times of the meals but how many meals. If you want to nail it down, you need to be consistent.
What are ***** fats. Type a space between the letters like t h i s because the site blocks that word for some reason.
Aslo before bed I wouldn't have a quick digesting shake but rather some casein protein like fat free cottage cheese.
Get consistent. Total up your calories, protein, fats, and carbs and you'll get a much better critique.

Like I said, it's hard to critique your diet without any consistency or any totals of macros whatsoever.

Diet:
Breakfast....
8 egg whites
4oz chicken breast
1/2 grapefruit
meal 2
1 can tuna
2 cups veggie
meal 3
8oz chicken breast
2 cups veggie
meal 4
1 can tuna
2 cups veggie
meal 5
8oz fish
2 cups veggie
meal 6
6oz fish
asparagus
pwo shake
40g whey, glutamine and multi-v's with amino's..... take amino's with every meal...good to go...than every 3 days add in 1 cup servings of oats with meal 1, 3 and 5.
try it...works great although ya might need to adjust the macros to suit you.

Calculate your BMR using the site above. Breaking your macros into about 45/35/20 (protein/carbs/fat) ratio will likely work well. Post a proposed diet with a macro breakdown for a real good critique.
I'm the same age and height as you. I probably have bit less muscle mass. I'm currently 191lbs. at 10.4% BF and I cut at around 3200 calories per day while keeping carbs revved at around 340-390g. Just for reference...
