the only problem i can see from that is your drink not being diluted enough and straining your digestive system... last thing you want is blood and energy being redirected to your stomach for the breakdown of proteins.

keep it moderated. BCaa's i know a lot of guys do use them, but it's hard to find documentation supporting excessive use. And I would call excessive use "while working out"

I myself will create a drink of about 15g BCaas, and 10g creatine. I sip it a little before my training, have a few swigs throughout my workout, and then i down the rest (about half of it) after my workout. I will have my PWO offering when I return home.

from what i remember, excessive BCaa supplementation can hinder other body processes, dopamine secretion is one.

it's a never ending array of one effecting another, effecting another, effecting another.

personally i see the best bet as:

having a good amino profile prior to lifting. use a couple different protein sources in your pre workout meal. adding some whey before would be fine.

5g BCaas before and again after a workout.

have another spread of aminos after your workout. the delivery isn't really an issue as I know you know diet, but carbohydrates are important in delivery.

    I referenced this article:
