Less protien powder, More real protien.
When i first found this forum I was eating about 6-8 25g scoops of whey powder a day, after extensive reasearch and asking/reading I noticed that most of the vetrens were eating as much real protien as possible to get the recomended 1.5g per pound. I have been doing this for at least 40 days or more now even though I thought "how could this work in a cutting diet?" I really had my doubts. Now I would just like to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
I am getting Way better results this way. The only powder i drink now is one scoop PWO.
Thanks again for teaching me this, I am greatfull.

I had the same results and never turned back nothing beats the real thing when it comes to calories.

try not to drink your calories. no substitute for real food.

Real food is the way to go, but shakes are of course convenient

Yeah Ill only drink a shake if I have too. Can't beat real food.
