When i first found this forum I was eating about 6-8 25g scoops of whey powder a day, after extensive reasearch and asking/reading I noticed that most of the vetrens were eating as much real protien as possible to get the recomended 1.5g per pound. I have been doing this for at least 40 days or more now even though I thought "how could this work in a cutting diet?" I really had my doubts. Now I would just like to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
I am getting Way better results this way. The only powder i drink now is one scoop PWO.
