    Critique Bulking Diet

    I'm 23 5'10" weigh 210 about 15% bf and im not on a cycle. I wanna try to put on as much mass as possible and this is the diet I put together from looking at others on this forum.

    food choices are good, just lower the calories a bit and try to shoot for 50-60g of protein per meal and around 80-90 carbs and adjust from there

    2 cups of broccoli is actually 23g of carbs. I learned that from Nark.
