    tuna burger!

    I am going to make this tuna burger recipe, But I see since it is burgers would I be able to eat it with a whole wheat bun.

    I am trying to lean?

    Absolutely! You should still be taking in quite a few carbs even while getting lean.

    lol, my cats get first dibs on tuna water. Eat some green veggies if you want instead of the bun. change it up once in awhile.

    1 can of tuna, 1/2 cup oats, 1-2 egg whites...mix it all up, form patties and toss em in a pan sprayed with pam....slice of fat free cheese and good to go...that's how I like em.

    Im going to try that, sounds good. think i will use fat free cottage cheese instead of the other...
