Hello this is my first post on the board but I have been reading it as a guest for a couple months.
I am 23 years old, 5'8 165 (bf ? will post picture tonight) been training for about 2 years and did a lot of sports before then. Last year I did a cycle of Dbol only, and was very impressed with my gains. The problem is that I knew nothing about gear back then and thought I just had to eat tons of calories without caring what they came from. Plus because it was dbol only most of my gains went away when I got off.
So now with more knowledge I am trying again
I will be doing a test e/ dbol cycle
with teste 250/2x a week (weeks 1 to 10)
and dbol 25mg daily (weeks 1 to 4)
I will also have arimitex on hand
I am working out 4 times a week at the moment and will change that to 5 to 6 times a week when on the cycle.
I am currently working on my diet before I start.
Right now this is what I have
Breakfast
Omelet ( Peppers, Garlic, Mushrooms, olive oil, 3 whole eggs, 8 egg whites)
1 cup of oatmeal + .25 scoop of protein powder for taste
832 Total calories (34g fat, 65g carbs, 67g protein)
workout
Shake
(Banana, Peanut butter 1 tbsp, (reduced fat), All Max All Whey,Cocoa, Flax seeds .25cup(powder)
533 Total calories (22g fat, 54g carbs, 39g protein)
Lunch
Beef steak, 4 oz(lean only eaten), 1 cup Vegetables, (mixed, frozen), 1 tbsp Olive oil, Brown rice .25/kg
796 Total calories (34g fat, 80g carbs, 46g protein)
Mid work Snack ( I work a door to door sales job from 4 to 9 so minimum eating time)
50g Almonds
299 Total calories (26g fat, 10g carbs, 11g protein)
Dinner
Chicken, breast 5oz, 1 cup Broccoli, 1tbsp olive oil, 2 medium white potatoes,
Total calories 737 (33g fat, 62g carbs, 46g protein)
Bed time snack
BSN Syntha-6 shake
Total calories 200 (6g fat, 13g carbs, 23g protein)
For a total of 3395 calories (154g fat, 282g carbs, 236g protein)
I usually do 5 minutes of cardio for a warmup before my workout and I work 5 to 7 days a week and the whole time I am at work I walk from house to house.
