Help with my diet.
Hello people.
I've been training now for about 3 years but i know my diets crap and would appreciate some help to point me in the right direction.
I'm about 5'9
175 lbs
I'm about 3 weeks into my course of sus 250.
500 mg a week but im gonna up it to 750mg a week, on week four and run it for 10 weeks.
here's my diet
7.30am
2 weetabix with skimmed milk. A protein drink with creatine powder.
10.00am
2 brown toast. 2 poached eggs. 1 bacon. beans and a banana.
12.30pm
tin of tuna/half a chicken breast. packet of steam fresh veg. jacket potato/white rice and another banana.
3.00pm
pretty much as 12.30
Train at about 4
get home about 5.30 and i'll have a protein drink straight away.
6.15pm.
Tin of tuna/half a chicken breast Pasta and veg.
8.30pm
pretty much the same as 6.15 but without as much pasta.
then i'll have a protein drink about 11 about half an hour before i go bed.
Any advice would be appreciated

First off, that diet needs some work, ill be happy to get to it in a minute...
And dude, dont bump up the dose. Espeically if this is your first cycle!
btw, this will probably be moved to the diet section...

Before we even begin to mess with your diet,
what exactly are your goals for this cycle....do you want to bulk or cut....
we must know this before we can answer anything....

Yeah i know it needs some work. This is my second cycle but i didn't do the first cycle properly because i had to rely on people to get my stuff and it was a nightmare.

To keep my diet simple, i eat the same thing ed at the same time.....This makes it very easy to manipulate my diet to get the results i desire.....but it does get very boring, and half drives me insane....But now, diet is something i dont really have to worry bout...
I believe in keeping it simple......FOOD IS JUST FUEL FOR YOUR BODY, and that is all...

i'll give it a try next week and let you know of my progress ;-).
I've never had cottage cheese so i'll give that a try instead of the protein drink.

cottage cheese is awesome......I stick with either no fat, or 4%....depending on what my goals are...
