Hello people.
I've been training now for about 3 years but i know my diets crap and would appreciate some help to point me in the right direction.
I'm about 5'9
175 lbs
I'm about 3 weeks into my course of sus 250.
500 mg a week but im gonna up it to 750mg a week, on week four and run it for 10 weeks.
here's my diet
7.30am
2 weetabix with skimmed milk. A protein drink with creatine powder.
(2 whole, and 6 egg whites. And 80-100G's of Oats.)
10.00am
2 brown toast. 2 poached eggs. 1 bacon. beans and a banana.
(6 oz chicken, 7.5 oz cooked sweet potato)
12.30pm
tin of tuna/half a chicken breast. packet of steam fresh veg. jacket potato/white rice and another banana.
(6oz of tuna, 4 oz of brwn rice. 4 oz of mixed veggies)
3.00pm
pretty much as 12.30 [B](6 oz chicken, turkey or beef, 175 grams cooked barley, and 4 oz of brwn rice.B]
Train at about 4
get home about 5.30 and i'll have a protein drink straight away.
6.15pm.
Tin of tuna/half a chicken breast Pasta and veg.
(6oz of chicken turkey or beef, 6oz of sweet potato, 4 oz of mixed veggies, and 175 G's of Lentils.)
8.30pm
pretty much the same as 6.15 but without as much pasta.

My dinner looks like this
6 oz beef or fish
6 oz of cooked pasta. or 6oz of sweet potato.
4oz of mixed veggies.
300 grams strawberries/blueberries
6oz of green Salad with 1 tablespoon olive oil
)
then i'll have a protein drink about 11 about half an hour before i go bed.
(Try a few oz of some low fat cottage cheese.)
Any advice would be appreciated
