Hey guys just kinda wondering a ball park estimate you spend in a week or preferably a month on food?
I'm 190 bout to start adding on lean muscle.
But anyway just curious of what some of you guys out there spend a month just on food?

i spend 100 a week not including eating out or protein
damn son haha yea i haven't figured mine up yet but it ain't easy for a broke college student with bills to do but hey EAT TRAIN LIVE.
bodybuilding or just rtying to get a litter bigger and leaner can come at a high price but buy in bulk and preping meals helps
if u shop smart you could do fine with 100 a week not counting protein. i myself spend right about that.

yep im at approx:400 a month.
i dont quite spend a hundred a week more life 60 or so not including protein
around $100 a week not including protein/supps & eating out
$150 a week and that's just on my pre-contest diet....that's just food...we're talking another $200-$300 a month on supps and protien.

By not counting protein I assume you mean supps and not meat protein.

probably 450.
I eat out once a week. Thats usually 150 by itself.
So i guess 600.
200 -400 every 2 weeks
on just food i spend about 250-300 every 3 weeks......rice and black beans baby
I spend alot on chicken breasts probably about $150/week for myself.
Im usually around 60 or 70 dollars.
