Hi Guy's. I have decided to use green beans as my choice of veg to go along with my diet. I am a little confused as to how much should be consumed with each meal. I am eating 6 meals daily and five of them are pro/carb. I have read that the amount of veg you take in will depend on your daily calorie intake but then I was watching milos sacrev's secret's of the pro's in the stickies's and he states that you can eat as much as you like. The more the better really. So this is where I am stuck between the two. I was thinking of having a cup of greens with each of my meals. Can anyone give me there opinion regarding this subject.
