    Male Vs. Female diets

I'm trying to put together a cool cutting diet for my GF. She has a little extra bf she wants to live without. I'm 5'10.5" tall, 195 lbs, and 10% bf, currently on a bulking diet of 3500 Cals with 40/40/20 macros. Obviously, since she's 5'5" tall, and 145 lbs (not sure about bf) and wants to CUT our diets should not be the same. I was thinking I make a diet with about 6 meals a day, only two of which will have carbs, and the total would be about 2000 Cals.

    Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Well, she is a brunette, half white-half mexican, and enjoys pop artists like maroon 5 and justin timberlake.

I'm not sure what other info you want to know.

I just did the same thing bro. My suggestion would be to go to a caloric needs calculator website and find out what she needs. Have her follow basically the same diet as you do, only add it up so that its 300-500 cals less than her caloric need for the day.

Didnt see you were on a bulking diet. Add some healthy fats and protein and cut some carbs out for her instead of the 40/40/20

I dont really see the need for that much protein. Have her add some flax to get some healthy fats. Women always question fats, they have no idea how necessary it is for a healthy body. I put her on a 45/28/27. I'm no expert but its workin out pretty good for her.

Dont forget to tell her the importance of cardio as well.

wow, 27% fat, huh? I'm sure it's still better than whatever she's eating right now! She LOVES carbs, so I'm sure cutting them will definitely bring about some quick weight loss.

    Thanks for the input.

Ya it might be a little high, but most of it is from flax. It only equals out to about 40g a day, so it's really not that much.
