I can't seem to find any info on the grams of carb per volume of oat flour. Old fashioned regular Quaker oats do not pack very tightly in a measuring cup, so there is some air trapped in there. Once the oats are ground up into a fine powder, it packs very tightly into a measuring cup. Does anyone know how many carbs are in a 1/4 cup, or 1/2 cup, etc. of Oat Flour ?
