Hey guys if you can answer any of these please do:
1. Why do people have their flaxseed oil at nightime whats the logic behind it?
2. When they say there is 20-25 grams protein for 100grams of lean beef or chicken do they mean after or before it is cooked because it weighs alot less after its cooked ??
3. If i cook my eggs will they take longer to digest the protein as opposed to eating them raw?
4. When they somethin like whey protein concentrate takes a bit over an hour for digesting the protein does that mean after an hour its all gone or does iit take an hour to 'start' digesting the protein because it has to break down the more complex polymer chains first or somethin and in the fist hour ur bodys gettin no protein?
5. Is there a rough guideline for how much multi/dextr carbs to put in your pwo shake for each session for example you would have to consume more for a legs workout than for a tri/bi workout cos more glycogen would be lost but wats the rule of thumb if there is one. and also how does this apply to exercise - say if your 6 foot 180lb and went for a 30min run at 160bpm how much should you consume roughly to replace lost glycogen?
