Help from all the Bros!!!!
Can anyone out there offer me their expert advise on dieting and training while managing both a full time work and school schedule. My days go Monday - Thursday from 7:30 till 10:00pm. Friday 8-6 and my weekends are off. How can I fit in a good training cycle to burn off all this excess BF I have gained in the last couple of months from not working out. Being at work all day how can I eat correctly. So if any of you on this bored live my life and still have time to train LET ME IN ON YOUR SECRETS!!!

well as far as getting enough food, on the weekends you could just make things in bulk. that's what i do, i usually cook up a few pounds of ground beef, some chicken breasts, rice, wheat pasta, etc., then just split it up throughout the week.

If you were to cook up all your ground beef and chicken on Sunday would it keep for the week? Or would it go bad by the next weekend?
