Can anyone out there offer me their expert advise on dieting and training while managing both a full time work and school schedule. My days go Monday - Thursday from 7:30 till 10:00pm. Friday 8-6 and my weekends are off. How can I fit in a good training cycle to burn off all this excess BF I have gained in the last couple of months from not working out. Being at work all day how can I eat correctly. So if any of you on this bored live my life and still have time to train LET ME IN ON YOUR SECRETS!!!
