    Protein consist difference in websites

Does anyone knows a website that will give you the most accurate nutritional value of the chicken or whatever foods( protein, carbs and fats). I see some web sites claiming that 8oz(240g) chicken has 100g of protein, while others saying that it has 56g pro, and third one's saying it has 70g. This is all cooked chicken and I am really confused of wrong information like that. I don't know how could these people post something that is wrong. It absolutely pisses me off. As I am trying to build up my new diet I am confused and don't know actually how much protein am eating, all I know is that I've lost 15lbs by eating less cause I was told that "I am eating too much protein" - BULL SH!T.

That's a good site, but it wouldn't let me make a weight graph to gain weight, only to lose it. Anyone know of another site for weight gain?
