    Post bulking diet

    What diet changes will be necessary after my bulking cycle is finished wont really be looking to cut, just retain max gains possible?

    Go on a maintanance diet....no extra cals and no lack of cals...just maintain.

    what kind of carb and protein quantities are we talking about for maintenance taking in around 4000cals and 150-200g of protein now.

    6'0, 22yrs, 190ish looking to get to 210 by end of cycle.
    Pretty much following this diet http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=113010 just substituting fish for chicken or some kind of red meat, dont always get 8 meals a day either but def 7

    why the hell are you on a cycle at 190 being 6'??

    Looks like you'll need about 3000 - 3200 calories per day to maintain. I'd stick to at Least as much protein as you're taking in now, maybe closer to 250 - 275g.
