    food question

ok i have a question im probably eating any where from 40oz-50oz of chicken a day i cook my meals everyday when i get home from work but this routine is getting to be a pain in the a@# so i was wondering if any of you guys pre cook your chicken according toy our week so basically im wondering how much chicken can i cook so that it will not dry out in the fridge and stay good would you say 3 days worth or could i get a way with cooking a whole weeks worth? plus it make it alot easier having it pre made so i always have a meal on hand keeps me from cheating

    thanks Marty

Sundays are my "cooking days"....I spend part of the day at the store and the rest cooking up all my food...cook it, measure it, pack it and freeze it and viola...good to go all week.

Exact same for me. I leave Sunday evening's and Mondays food in the fridge in tupperware containers and freeze the rest of the week's food.

Sunday is my cooking day too... I usually do about 3 days worth at time because I share a place with 3 roommates so I don't have room to store much frozen food... I bought a little personal fridge as it is because they got pissed at how much space I use up in the large fridge This just means I end up cooking again on wednesday night after I get back from school... It's not the best, but it works and it's definately worth it! You gotta eat to grow!

you can also go to a deli and get some cheap 98-99% fat free turkey breast, i get mine for about 3$ a pound and have them cut 10lbs into 2oz slices (a 2 on most cutting machines) and put 12oz in each bag which is about 50g of protein, very easy to grab on the go
