    Post workout shake help

    Hey there. I was hoping somebody could give me they're idea of what the 'ideal' pwo shake would consist of in detail. Im running out of mine and want to have the best for my muscles when i stock up today. Thank you guys

    Well I'm on a "Super Bulk", so here's mine.
    2 scoops whey protein
    2 scoops WMS
    2 cups milk
    flax
    banana
    and occasionally
    peanut butter

    When cutting,
    2 scoops whey
    water
    1 scoop WMS
    Flax

    1-2 scoops whey
    1:2 ratio of dex or waxy maize to the protein
    water....

    the shake is just to get things going after a workout...keep it simple and than get some food in your stomach within 15 minutes of the shake....

    waxy maize starch is a long chain complex carb that is absorbed quicker than dextro/multidex as its absorbed in the small intestines where as the others are absorbed in the stomach,,, personally dont like it tho tastes like crap

    To many people put emphasise on the pwo shake and not the pwo meal...the shake should be simple and just something to hault any catasbolic state and than within 15-20 minutes get a solid food meal in you....to many think the shake is more valuable than the food...when it's not.
