i am trying to bring my bf down and put on some lean muscle.
5'9 190lbs
here is pretty much my eating for a regular day
6 am - protein shake
9 am -1 can of tuna with chopped bell pepper
-half cucumber
-few carrots
12 noon- 2 boneless & skin less chicken breast on salad
- low fat yogurt
- 1 apple
2pm--- WORKOUT ---
3:30pm - post workout shake
5:00pm - dinner varies each day - but no junk
8:00 - either 1 chicken breast or a can of tuna
also i drink alot of water throughout the day..
p.s. will drinking green tea daily help with the cutting?
