Well, one can of tuna(120gm drained) has roughly 30gm of protein, and it's very low in fat, I eat it almost every day.
Peanut butter is usually around 8gm of protein per 2 tbl, but very high in fat.
Mostly I eat chicken, and forms of extra lean beef...

I think gram for gram tuna has more protein. You guys are going to think this is nasty but it works. If you put 1-2 cans of tuna (drain water first) into a blender and put mad orange juice and blend it together it kills the taste of the tuna and goes down quick and easy.

As much as I Hate tuna now..... Tuna is the best overall source, second to eggs. It has the best amino acid profile and is low in carbs and fat, and what the fat it does have are essential fatty acid's that are great for you....
Why the hell aren't eggs in the poll?!?!

I'm a big fan of egg whites and shrimp...i don't have the luxury of eating 2000+ calories per day like some of you guys, so these options are great for me cuz they're really low in calories, and basically pure protein. No fat, no carbs. and i love 'em. too bad shrimp are so expensive.

I rotate between chicken, beef, pork, tuna, salmon, and eggs.

atlantic salmon, tuna, chicken breast, ground turkey, and eggs. What do you guys think about soybeans? 15g protein per serving, could they substitute green veggies? They shouldn't increase estrogen levels unless eaten in huge amounts.
