    First Cycle DIET question...

    Hello everyone, I just started my first cycle with Test E and D-bol, I'm going for mass and this is my diet:

    I'd say to much protein from shakes, and also, are you at the weight room for 2 hours or do you have a PWO meal that you neglected to write down?
    Do you take EFA supplements?

    right down the amount of fat it looks like alot. what r ur stats
