bison is a good source of protein....off season I like to mix it up, beef, fish, turkey, chicken, wild game...whatever I can get my hands on...never limit yourself with all the sources out there.

    wild game is good food

i change up my food but i like to stay stocked with a at least 1 or 2 diff kind of game. i keep the assortment of chicken fish and beef but mix it up with bison, deer and depending on the season some type of fowl

but im really liken this bison i got recently i dont know the name of the place where my buddy got it but its great i like to mix just a tad of some of the lean beef i have to give it alittle bit more taste
