i just started a keto diet 4 days ago just to shock my system, i'm gonna run it around 10-12 weeks, then back to my 45-45-10 diet with low GI carbs and lean meats

anyway, this is how i'm doing it
i'm using 10cal per lb of body weight, so around 2000cal, though sometime i eat around 2200
1.25g of protein for every lb, so around 250g split into 5 meals
110-140g of fat per day
the only carbs i eat are from salad and veges, 3-4x a week i will have a carb smart fudge bar which has 3 net carbs if you count out he fiber and sugar alcohol
mostly i eat nuts
chicken (6gfat 16gprotein per piece)
turkey (1.5g fat 8g protein per 2 oz
beef crumble with my salad (10g fat 24g protein)
cottage cheese
sugar free freezer pops
cheese
my questions are:;;
any foods ya'll would add or subtract?
how long and how much should my refeeds contain?
will Waxy Maize Starch PWO will lean meat knock me out of ketosis?
should i take something before workout to give me some glycogen stores?
using ketostix, what color or mg/dL should i be seeing once i'm in ketosis? right now i'm around 15mg/dL for ketones
