Listen, Im eating 3eggs ED along with my diet.
When you do the math, that's 18 eggs every 6 days.
That's alot of cholesterol.
I had my diet checked with Nark, and while everything has been going great (although he did say the fat was a bit high) and I've been losing weight easily, I am wondering if this is overkill?
Other than this, I take 2 tbsp peanut butter
And 1tbsp fishoil/flaxoil
Cardio 6x/week @140bpm for 60mins (70%MHR)
3 of those 6 are weightlifting plus the 60mins cardio.
Im losing weight, theirs no question about it. Im looking much better
thanks to the plan Nark approved.

Too much cholesterol?
If it matters, I eat around 80g carbs from oatmeal. Those are my only carbs other than veggies.
1/2c oatmeal in 3 of my meals (450 cals, around 81gcarbs)
Theres a lot of fiber in there thats why im saying...I heard it helps lower cholesterol and what not.
