    Cholesterol

Ok i was reading threw some of these threads and it popped a question into my head.... my dietting is not really to consistant and what and when i eat...... i've tried sticking to the same things and that type of dieting is not for me. i switch up food choices so it makes it easier to maintain... my main goal anymore is to reach my calorie intake and do it with as many healthy foods as possible. which i eat slightly carb heavy from time to time...I am in the best shape of my life......My Concern is that amount of Cholesterol i consume..... my huge sources of cholestorol is , milk and eggs. i drink about 1 gallon a day and eat about 20 eggs a week... i am a small guy. i dont want this shit to catch up with me. not in physique terms either.. im talking about clogging my arteries

ok that is the same thread that sparked this question, now my knowledge about cholestrol is kinda limited i knew eggs have natural cholestrol and your body knows what to do with it but... my question is when does to much of a good thing turn bad. eating 20 eggs a week and drinking a gallon of 2%milk for a couple of years has to be taxing in some way.... and i always drink 2% milk and every now and then ill buy a little bottle of whole or vitamin D....

cholesterol in proper amounts is actually good for you, and causes your body to produce hormones that are very beneficial.
