    What are best bulking carbs?

    Corn on Cob? No No?

    I've been eating brown rice, wheat bread, and potatoes, i just discovered at the shopping mart that all potatoes aren't sweet potatoes, lol so I know now they have tremendous nutritional value, something like 477% Vitamin A. What are everyone's top 5 body bulding carbs,..

    Oats in the morning are a very good carb to start the day with.

    oh yea i forgot about that one, I eat oatmeal everyone morning, Oatmeal, sweet potatoes? I just want to switch up carbs so I dont get tired of them.. u know..

    And about your corn on the cob question... Corn is one of the most difficult foods for the body to break down, especially if it's not chewed thoroughly.

    It requires a lot of enzymes (beginning in your mouth) to break the hard to digest starch into easy to metabolize simple sugars. And the body doesn't even have the correct enzymes to break down the outside of the corn kernel (thus corn poopies). So while it is high in fiber, it's not the best veggie choice for your diet...

    Quinoa, veggies (minus corn and green peas), most fruit, activated barley (if you want to spend the money on it).

    Oats, rice, ww bread, sweet potatoes, ww pita, ww pasta. Switch it up and see how your body reacts to different kinds of carbs.

    I rotate Steel Cut Oats, Quaker original, and the Insta ones (Usually apple cinnamon) haha. I love the sugar oats, my metabolism handles it perfectly fine... But... I am also bulking and am an Ecto, they taste damn good.

    Oh and I heard something good about combining Quinoa and Taters... like they form a complete starch or something?
