Olive oil is a good fat for cutting... So....

How about some olives??? I understand they are full of salt, though I wash them through water to get some of the salt off, how would these work for a Protein/Fat meal?? (Fat being some olives??)

    Thanks

I did find this answer on this board, but just wondering since olive oil is ok, why would the actual oil be bad or not so good? Thanks!

I would think as long as it fits into your daily macros then you could include them. There are much better sources of fats to eat but you could probably include them and be ok.
Id be more concerned with the sodium content in it.
