Hey guys im 26 years old, 320 lbs, 34%bf, 6' tall and need some help on a proper diet and workout schedule. Any help or criticism would be appreciated! I currently do ! hour of cardio 4 times a week and train 5-6 days a week very hard. Im having trouble losing weight and im actually gainingl. I eat 6 small meals a day and very healthy. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!
