water weight
i drink about 4-5 gallons of water a day
and ive started to get a little bit of bloatedness on my belly by night..
is this from all the water?

lol, you must piss every 10 min. i drink 1-2 gallons a day and go to the bathroom nearly every hour

Wow your probably flushing out half the nutrients you take in.
When i weigh in weekly, i normally lose 2-3 pounds of water after cardio and re weigh.

my sodium intake isnt too high... i eat meats, egg, oats, veggies, and peanutbutter.. and protein shakes..
for some reason i just down water and yes i piss alot
im running test prop at 50mg ed

HOLY CRAP BATMAN, thats a lot of water bro,to much imo,i usually drink 1-1.5 gals. aday,what do you do for work?do you work outside in the heat?

no need to drink that much water. dont believe what u heard. as long as your pee is clear to light yellow you are drinking enough water.

i don't believe at all you drink that much water a day.. no way. thats 40 pounds of water. you would die from hyponatremia if you drank that much every day, you would have no nutrients in you
assuming you guessed wrong, you would lose weight from water as it flushes out sodium, which is responsible for making you retain water.

Well....I would drop the water to at least 2 gallons a day, no need to drink more unless you work outdoors and sweat alot.
