    I would imagine.
    4 - 5 gallons is a lot.

    What's your sodium intake like?

Wow your probably flushing out half the nutrients you take in.
When i weigh in weekly, i normally lose 2-3 pounds of water after cardio and re weigh.

no need to drink that much water. dont believe what u heard. as long as your pee is clear to light yellow you are drinking enough water.

i don't believe at all you drink that much water a day.. no way. thats 40 pounds of water. you would die from hyponatremia if you drank that much every day, you would have no nutrients in you

assuming you guessed wrong, you would lose weight from water as it flushes out sodium, which is responsible for making you retain water.

you would have to drink 2-3 gallons in a very short time..

Well....I would drop the water to at least 2 gallons a day, no need to drink more unless you work outdoors and sweat alot.

drinking alot of water is good if u are on one of those steroids which is toxic to the liver e.g anadrol .
I would counterbalance it with letro though other things considered just to be save from overbloating.
