    Natural ways to increse testostone

    What are natural ways to increase testosterone?are there certain foods to eat? ones to stay away from,eating habits?
    A few i have heard:
    -8 hours of sleep increases testosterone production
    -compound exercies using multiple large muscle groups(deadlift, squats,bench)
    -alcohol decreases test and increases estrogen
    -caffine and choclate increases estrogen
    -smoking tobaco lowers estrogen
    -soy increases estrogen
    i have heard conflicting things about sex, what is the truth here? i have heard the following about it:
    -only sex in the morning is good for test production
    -absitnence increases test
    -lots of sex is good for energy and test production
    are these true? can anyone corrects any myths?

    the first six things you wrote are true, and ive been told that sex increases cortisol levels, because of the stress that is often involved with sex.

    does chew or dip or smoking the reefer also inhibit estrogen?

    No no no, there is huge amounts of testosterone released durning and after sex.

    In fact there was a study that came out not to long ago, that deminstrated that males that have more sex than cohorts had significant differances in fat mass, increase in Lean body mass and higher growth hormone and testosterone .

    Now the authors of the study are not to sure that if this because these males already have naturally higher testosterone levels or if its a product of having more sex. I will try and find it again if I can, it was a very interesting study.

    Not really, nothing significantly. I have read a few studies about how the active ingredient in novedex xt can increase testosterone because it is suppose to be a natural aromatase inhibitor.

    how about medications
    do sedatives, pain meds\sleeping aids
    or amphetamine based things cocaine\attention meds like adderal
    and not to sound dumb, but
    also i have have heard that tight undies\jeans can place pressure on some organ ( maybe the ureathra)that helps u make babies, ...saw that in a tv show...cough*king of the hill* cough any truth in that?

    The soy is a myth and works great in conjunction with whey for a pre-workout shake... The caffeine is a detriment only if you consume large quantities ex. more than 3 cups per day
