    do i need Protein Shake.....

    I lost 120 from atkins and have been off the weight for 5 years now, so my protein intake is high...do i need protein shakes ?

    trying to achieve mass, mass strength , and when i said high i meant all my meals have protein, morning , midday, night and snacks in between.

    You never need a protein shake...they are just convienient and easy. Only times I recomend a shake is pwo and first thing in the morning....or if you are just unable to get solid food in you yet need the cals.
