    Eating more than 500 cal /meal

    I am on a bulking/ mass gaining diet im only eating about 3500 calories in 6 meals i feel like i could easily eat at least 800 meal.. i just dont want to put on fat...i workout about 5 days a week ......plus i am 6'1 155

    What's your question? At 6'1 and 155 you can stand to gain some fat I'm sure bro... All my meals are between 630-750 calories for now... As you grow, you eat more...

    You need to eat more than what your body burns. You prolly have a crazy high metabolism. I worked out the numbers with a 1.9 activity level. Hopefully that will take in account your metabolism. 3700-3900 calories a day would be good for you possibly.
