    am i ok drinking loads of this?

    its all i drink at the mo lol either tha or water


    anything bad come from it?

    Its better than any processed drink. Pure, 100% orange juice has some frutose and despite being a low GI sugar it carries some calories that depending on your goals may not be welcome.

    But if you want my opinion, stick to water. Despite water, quality red wine is all I drink ( 1 or 2 glasses a day with meals)

    water would generally be better. if you drank juice after your workout it would be fine, but orange juice isn't really that refreshing is it? lol..

    Drinking loads of this?? Hmmmm, not so sure. Drinking it in moderation is surely okay. I drink orange juice with my smoothie ( one or two fresh oranges, yogurt, ice cubes, and orange juice). It is amazing and a great preworkout smoothie, my endurance is way up when i use this combo before workouts!
