    Carb Cycling questions

i am thinking of carb cycling in a different way, basically there is no no-carb day
only a really low carb day
    like this

    monday-High Carb 260 grams
    tues-norm carb 160
    wed-same 160
    thurs-160
    friday-high 260
    sat sun -60 grams

or should i do it different??? suggestions i dont really want a No-Carb day but i could have one if it really works that well

    What are your stats bro?

I personally always keep my carbs pretty high while cutting... Keeps me energized for longer before I have a replenish day or two... I never go below 200 carbs in a day and most often stay aaround 300... I tweek as I feel necessary though...

Stats aren't bad bro... You're doing pretty well... Personally, I don't like no carb days... I've tried that route before and I felt fine the day of and the next day, but it seemed like by the 4th day of carb cycling with a zero carb day thrown in that i'd be completely burned out and dragging ass! Everyone is different though, so your body may react better to a zero carb day approach.. You'll likely have to try out different strategies to see what works best for you... My bulk vs. cut diets change very little (i.e. 36-38/42-44/20 for bulking, 41-43/37-39/20 for cutting, pro/carb/fat)...

I say give it a shot bro! Looks like a descent starting point...see how your body reacts to it and adjust accordingly. I carb cycled for the first time this summer (high, low, no, high, low, no, low, then repeat) and had great success. I went from 198 lbs @ 14% bf to 183 lbs @ 8% bf. Next time I might try the same cycle except on the no carb days eat about 50 g of carbs first thing in the morning. Good luck bro!
