Hey guys&[girls]

I have been thinking allot about the types of carbohydrates [we] eat.
High GI & Low GI [Complex&Simple] carbs.Complex carbs having more value and purpose then the simple carbs.
Simple carbs would be best [used] in the morning and intra&post-workout while complex carbs would be best during the day.All depends on [your] goal and training.

Enough about that-right to the [point].
Can anybody list all the type {[complex] and [simple]} carbs we get??I am a bit confused about all the different types.
And what is gluten found in pasta??[any info on that]
Is there a big difference between wheat and whole wheat?
