white rice or brown rice ?
which one is the best for bulking ? white rice have lots of calorie, sugar but less of carbs, the brown rice provides us carbs but less of calorie.... any idea ?
i used to eat white rice 3 times in the morning until one hour before workout, and the rest of the day i eat brown rice until 3 times too.... help me if i do mistake on it. thanks!

mmmmm........potatoes...yum..... but yeah brown rice over white rice if you do like rice that much.

I feel fuller from brown rice. as in muscle glygogen.

Umm one is simple carbs and the other is complex carbs.
White after complex the rest of the day, you'd want to keep you blood sugar stabilized not spiking it up and down when it is not needed.

Brown Rice completely blows the bleached white rice out of the water. HANDS DOWN.....when i first started eating it i couldnt get used to the bland taste......i added.. chicken, beef, hot sauce ect. to give some good flavor and now i love it.....But for sure bro go with brown rice its worth it

Simple. use a rice cooker, takes all the guessing out.
Use real brown rice not the microwave 2-5 minute version.
You want anything as natural as possible not processed.

White rice for pwo meal only other than that I'd stick with brown rice...unless of course you eat rice first thing in the morning than again I'd go with white to spike insulin ....other than those 2 times I'd go with brown rice or another source.

good ? I realize the thought process of choosing brown rice over white. I happen to like it more because it imo has more flavor ..kinda of a nutty flavor BUT they are both almost identical on the glycemic index so is there really that big of a difference? According to the the index insulin response would be almost identical. Nutritionally because it is less processed brown prob has more nutrients.. vitamins etc.

Brown rice just have one bad sector, the texture is not so easy to swallow. anyway, brown rice or white rice has their own function and positive things. its depend on us how to use it with good calculation to our body.

what type of potatoes are you guys takling about by the way? like the ones in the packages that you just add milk to? or like actual potatoes that you prepare yourself?
