I take Amino Acids tabs before each meal
I havent been gaining any weight in 2-3 weeks after i quit dbol actually when i quit dbol i increased some then shortly after decreased to bellow what used to be stable while on testo that is.. but not much.. so currently im only on testo i notice strength increase but not the damn weight wont scale at alland since im soon gona add some Drol and MGF into this i want to be eating enough to get the mest possible gain

i got like 200 boxes or somthing in the basement
Anyway i read somewere that you should take protein shake just after waking up since its absorbed so fast to get ur body working again.. and after training 20minute max then u need fast protein..
