cooked chicken
hey all.
i buy a ready cooked chicken from a supermarket every day and then rip the two breasts off it and the rest of the meat and divide it in two so thats two protein parts for two meals. what would the macros be for that then roughly?
thanks.

Too many variables, size, seasoning etc.

Some ppl say that a chicken with skin is ok.
But while cooked, fat gets into the meat, says a dietician I consulted.
He says: cook without skin.
I agree that there are many variables, as different parts have different macros.

Weigh your portions out by the OZ. helps with general approximations!
