Cheese and protein
Just a quick message, any of you guys know what cheese has the most protein, i just was reading a artical that chedder is the highest with 25g of protein per 100g.
I know cheese has alot of fat but that doesn't matter as i naturally have hardly any body fat anyway.

Why would you want to have all that cheese?
Are you on a ketogenic diet?
Give us more information.

I'm not on any type of diet i just try eating the right things and i have mash potato everyday twice aday and just thought i could add abit of cheese to it to add abit of flavour.
Broccoli may be the highest protein per 100g but i hate it and wasn't talking about that i just meant which cheese has the most protein in the cheese world.
