You've got a hell of a lot of carbs for a cutting diet? Some people can get away with this (myself included), but it depends on what your cardio regimen is like. You may want to drop the carbs and increase your fat/protein macros...

Add more veggies. There are no fats either. What are your stats?

Carbs make you fat, not fat. Avacados are a great food to eat.

your body will not hold on to your fat stores if it knows its getting fat in yout diet, avd it is a good fat. I think its a great way to get a fat in diet while cutting. Great to get cals up too when bulking.

thats right maybe have high carb day once a week. Just keep your protein intake little above maint you shouldnt lose that much muscle on good diet and intense workout. i like to have pro shake hour before weights. Cardio should be done in morning on empty stomach. Try L-Glutimine it will help keep muscle.

calories seem to little for your weight. of course, how could we tell with no macros posted . personally i dont believe in shakes or supplements. id rather eat my calories than drink them.
