foods for keto , kraft mayo and salsa??

ok been doing some shopping to see what i can find in my city for keto diet i came up with these things,

    kraft mayo per 1 tbsp 100kals from fat,11g, 0 carbs, 0 sugar.

Is it really 0 carbs?? seems strange in getting conflicting info over the net one place even said as high as 22g carbs per 100g, anyone??

the other I got was salsa looks good tastes ok
    30g or 2 tbsp is 10kals, 0 fat, 2 g carbs(2g sugar),0 protein

if these are right seems perfect for keto diet anyone got any ideas? or used these with success on keto???

    peace

Mayo is really low in carb. It is made of oil and eggs. Egss are very low, which is the only source of carbs in mayo. Be carefull when buying mayo, because some brands add sugar. I do not think Kraft or Hellman's does, but I know that Miracle Whip does.

With sugar free jello, i know it says 0 carbs, but calculate 1 gram per 1 cup serving. The artificial sweetner used should not affect blood sugar levels.

I used sugarfree jello during my under 20g daily keto and it didnt slow or stop me on the ketostix

I'm still completely addicted to the popcicles i made with sugar free jello and koolade with spenda. doesnt effect keto (atleast mine) and totally tastes and eats like cheating.

Jason- My wife is a die hard Atkins fan. You are 100% correct. Kraft Mayo, and the majority of mayo is allowed. You are allowed to have tuna with mayo on atkins. ZEERO CARBS..
The fat free stuff has sugar which is where yuocarb count cmes from..

Also about the sugar-free Jello. BR your reight you can also have Cool whip on top and not woory about carbs.

Bros you'd be amazed how much good shit is carb free.

I have a wealth of info about no-low carb sdieting. Just PM for help !!!

I'm here brother ! PM Away. Nestea, ok.. The best would be Crystal Light...Golden, also Sugar free kool aid- with Splenda or Equal. Maybe 4 carbs max.
