New Diet For Cycle...Pick it Apart

pretty close to eating what this diet shows now but I do cheat a little here and there but when cycle starts this will be it...

    Meal # Cal / pro / carb / fat

Wake Up... Lean Body Breakfast (Meal Replacement)
    510/51/44/9

1 Oatmeal (plain with cinnimon) can of tuna for Protein
    400/36/55/5

    2 White rice 6oz and Hamburger 8oz (lean 93/7)
    445/30/42/6

3 3 slices whole wheat bread (or Ezekiel Bread) and 1 can tuna in water 465/44/39/8

    30 Minutes Before Workout

    4 (PreWM)White rice and 8oz turkey breast 445/30/42/6
    Nitric Oxide
    Creatine
    Multi Vitamin

    5 Post Workout 550/60/45/13
    Creatine
    Multi Vitamin
Protein with Bcaa's and Carbs for recovery

6 Steak or Beef 8-10oz Sm Baked Potato
    475/ 38/30/14

7 Lean Body milkshake (Meal replacement)
    510/48/42/11

8 Special K Protein Plus cereal with Skim Milk
    365/36/32/9

If I need another snack I will eat another 6-10oz of lean red meat or poultry or fish. Whatever i have on Hand
I also get a few hundred calories a day from gatorade (1 bottle)
and app. 2 glasses of O.J. a day just for some extra Calories and Carbs. Protein is right where I want it. Anything higher than what i am taking in, I have to sleep on the couch, (if ya know what i am sayin!)
I have added 300 calories and 75 carbs in the totals for the O.J. and Gatorade

Trying to add a few pounds during the cycle. have to eat over 3500 a day to gain So eating a little over 4000 a day, I will pick up about 4-6 pounds a month! any more than that will just be pure fat. I do not want to gain fat just some lean weight for strength and size.

    Totals are as follows (give or take 3%) 4450 / 371 / 445 / 81

Other than the Oatmeal I am not a fan of any of the carb choices you made. The Gatorade and the OJ is not a very good choice either IMHO.

If that is accurate the diet you posted of 4450 cals is going to make you fat. 500 cals over is a good rule of thumb with 750 over pretty much being the upper limit unless you honestly dont care about bodyfat accumulation.

Why, What do you like for carbs? Pasta , Yams , More Complex Carbs?? I just use rice and oatmeal cause I have used them before and I do not get a lot of sodium retention and things like that from rice. Past makes me look very soft and it does not sit well with me! Plus I like foods that actually taste good to me, Steak and rice, CHicken and rice, beef and rice are all things I like very much! I have tried foods in the past that I really do not like and after a couple months I cant even look at that food let alone eat it! So this diet has a good balance and it does the trick

sweet potato, lots of veggies, oatmeal, and brown rice for carbs...simple carbs can be in your pwo and perhaps in your pre workout but not throughout the day.

I guess it depends on your body. I know people that can eat total crap and still look lean...pisses me off.

As I said in my post... regardless of what the TDEE Says, I do not really put on size unless I hit over 4000cals a day I used to eat brown rice Vs. white but now I only eat brown when I am cutting up! Not going to do that this summer, to far out and too far off to try and get ****** for this summer. I will start that diet on around Dec 1 and run it for 4-5 months till May or so! That diet will be around 2200calories and up to 2800 somedays

I was referring more towards the white rice, baked potatoe, Special K and Orange Juice as the carbs I would replace. All very high glycemic index foods with very little fiber.
