    My fat cheating ass

So Ive been keeping a pretty damn strict diet for over a month without an serious cheating by any means..
Anyway last night I had a dream about pizza, bbq, and fudge cake!
I did good all day until I got home this afternoon and was starving, so like a ****ing madman I tore through half a pack of oreos and a liter of rootbeer!
Im so ****ing mad at myself, but damn it was so good and Im still smiling.
Do u guys ever just go nuts like that?
What do u do to prevent it?

Try to grab all the fruits and veggies you can and shove them down the hatch. Maybe chug some water?

Yeah I do the same exact thing. When you're not around junk, the temptation isn't there. If I splurge, it's going to be probably be a ton of chicken and sweet taters.

I have been doing really good until tonight. Was out to dinner at Applebees tonight and split a triple chocolate meltdown with a female friend. I was not going to eat it, but then I figured it was only half.

unless your competing for a show, or trying to get single digit bf%. dont kill yourself over your diet. enjoy whats out there, just use moderation. i think what a lot of people have problems with is just like an alcoholic having one drink. it wont be just one. You eat that one cookie, then next thing you know the box is all gone. that type of thing.

an occasional dessert is perfectly acceptable.

IMO u have to have some psychological and physical break.
Be it with carb cycling (been doing it for a week and I look forward to my higher carb days)
or with the occasional cheat meal. It even says on the cutting sticky, and in numerous fitness books that cheating is a necessity.

Don't worry about it. Your body will thank you. Especially after a month of strict diet.
