Yea cheat meal, and super bulk!
Just one cheat meal for me, lucky its my high carbs day also.
I want to have a good time with my family, F my diet this meal
i just ate like i was on 1 grams of test and week while running like 500mg's of EQ lol i just pit it down!! straight tore up the turkey like a pack of wolves on a three-legged cat
I am keeping it clean for all the meals BUT the dinner. Well, it was still a nice bulk meal, I ate 8oz of turkey, 6oz of green beans, 4oz of potatoes. I also had a apple pie and some cake
One thing family didn't like is why I had to measure some of the foods :P Well, they are kind of used to it...
I kept it clean all day except for now
5 chicken breasts with breadcrums in olive oil
stuffing
cranberrys
next up is my fav Pecan Pie
Then im done
took a few digestive enzymes before and after meal
Now that i just read this post im undecided wether to cheat today or save my cheat meal for either sat or sunday...haha damn it i just opend the fridge to see a shit load of my aunties spagetti bol
I always cheat on Thanksgiving. It's not a cheat meal it's a cheat 2 day event for me with all the leftovers!
My core hurts so bad right now, I ate to much to fast.
But O well, I rarely treat myself like this.
My obliques are fading for now....LOL
I went nuts on the turkey... I put down about 70 oz. of that, 3 bundles of asparagus, and half a potato...I was about to pop last night lol
Not here. I stuffed the shit out of myself yesterday, today I ate none of it. I can't do it, I have a hard enough time as is taking a cheat day and trying to go back to my cutting diet.
Im back on track today but I ate shit all day on turkey day. I also feal great dont feal like I gained a lb. and Im on Keto for the next 8 weeks.
