    Your Thoughts on My Diet

    Please take a look at the diet listed below and let me know your thoughts. Stats are as follows.......
    30 Years Old
    6'3"
    240 lbs
    Somewhere between 15% to 20% BF (closer to 20%)

    I have been training consistently but my diet has been garbage. While making gains in strength I have sacrificed my waistline and have become borderline fat. The goal here is to maintain while losing weight so I can get in the 10% range so I can start a winter cycle. I realize that the diet listed below is far from perfect but I am looking for something that can work and work fast so I can get back to where I want to be. Please let me know your thoughts.

    Protein Bar 1 Bar 200 20g 18g 5g Both of these have lots of sugar. Have 1 chicken breast, 2 cups steamed veggies. or sauteed with olive oil

    Chicken Breast 1 Breast 130 23g 0 7g cut the chicken off
    Cottage Cheese 1 Cup 220 20g 24g 2g get the fat tree one and eat 1/4 cup mixed nuts.

    I would leave the chicken in #6 but cut out the OJ in #1.

    Thanks for the advice. Obviously its missing some things here and therebut overall does it look at least reasonable?
