    Bulk diet

    Cant decide if I wanna cut or bulk. Think its possible to loose bf and stay at the same weight with this diet?

    9 am - weights/ 30mins light cardio
    1 scoop Whey preworkout - 120 cals 1g fat 24g pro 3g carb

    1130 am - PWO
    1.5 scoop whey- 180 cals 1.5g fat 36g pro 4.5g carb
    4 egg whites - 68 cals .4g fat 14.4g pro .8g carb
    1 cup oats - 300 cals 5g fat 12g pro 54g carbs
    1 teasp. flax oil - 45 cals 5g fat

    Total - 593 cals 11.9g fat 62g pro 59.4g carb

    100 pm
    4 slices wheat bread - 260 cals 3g fat 14g pro 50g carb
    12 tuna - 300 cals 2.5g fat 65g pro 0g carb
    2 tbsp. light mayo - 50 cals 3g fat 0g pro 2g carb

    Total - 635 cals 8.8g fat 79g pro 52g carb

    215 pm
    8oz chicken breast (cooked in olive oil) - 220 cals 3g fat 48g pro 0g carb
    1 cup brown rice - 220 cals 4g fat 8g pro 54 carb

    Thanks for the help. I have 1 cup oats in there to add 300 cals fixed now.

    Btw whats WW? and do I really need 6-8 egg whites in PWO meal? Its hard for me to force down 4 before I feel sick.

    No oats that late.
    WW whole wheat
    you should have that much. if not make it 4 egg whites AND 1 cup FF cottage cheese or 4 oz chicken breast.

    17% and you cant decide if you want to cut or bulk? I think you already did your "bulk". Dial in the diet and mix in some cardio, dropping some bodyfat will make you look bigger even if the scale says otherwise.
