    fruit-Pie in a diet: your thoughts

    hey fellows,

    Are fruit-Pie that is fat-free okay in a lean bulky diet? if not what do dietician recommend as a replacement. Preciate your thoughts and comments.

    what kind of fruit pie, what is the brand? i have a hard time believeing a true fruit pie with skim milk has only 4g of sugar

    One of my rules of eating is to stay away from anything with the word "pie" in it. Same goes for "cake".
