any changes if im looking to gain?
9:00 8 eggs and a shake
11:00 chicken salad or other protein and veggies
1:00 2 cans tuna, noodles, and fruit
3:00 fruit smoothie and protein bar
5:00 pre work out shake
7:00 post shake and steak or fish or chicken, veggies
9:00 gainer shake and cottage cheese

Eliminate most of the shakes and eat real food.
I would read the stickies at the top of the forum, endless good info up there.
