Have steak or chicken for breakfast for your protein source.

Whey is fine directly after a workout followed by a real meal with good protein, carb and fat sources.

I dont like oats but I still eat them, sometimes you have to do things hard to reach your goals. The thing about eggs is they are such a good source of bioavailable protein that its very hard to replace something with that same quality.

Just drink your egg whites
The suffering is over within seconds

www.eggwhitesint.com...
Thing about drinking eggs raw is they aren't as easily digested raw vs. cooked. Well egg whites are best cooked, and the yolks best left semi-raw, in terms of bio-availableness. Also, if you add salsa, or hot sauce/Tabasco sauce to your eggs, it will kill the taste, and really rev your metabolism up! That's what I do, and some pepper.

so since the whites are best cooked and the yolks are best semi-raw, would you say that eggs over easy is the best way to go?
