Are these ok??
Below are links to the vegetables I use in everyone of my PPWO meal(my PWO is a shake). basically I was wondering if these are as healthy as advertised, to be honest they taste AMAZING and I just wanna make sure. The sauces are really good, so I usually just mix my brown rice with the veggies, then eat some type of fish or chicken. Thanx guys

theres a few others in all diff types of sauces, but all pretty much have the same fat/calorie content.
