    Actually - contrary to popular belief shrimp isn't all that high in cholesterol.

    Also - my body seems to handle shrimp 1-3 times a week perfectly fine. To each their own I guess.

    Yeah!
    It's about 57g of carbs, 40g-ish protein, 15-20g fat. (mostly EFA)

    Shrimp is so low in fat, and has such a great source of essential oils, that I don't mind eating it. It doesn't effect my overall cholesterol.

    You can get away with eating upwards of 1/2lb of shrimp per day and be fine, unless of course you have high cholesterol... in which case this isn't smart.

    So, 7oz every few days is fine, considering it can get expensive. Variety is just as healthy as clean foods!

    PWO SHAKE-50g glycomaize

    1 hour refeed-escarole and beans with pasta and bread with a buffallo chicken wrap <3
