Actually - contrary to popular belief shrimp isn't all that high in cholesterol.
Also - my body seems to handle shrimp 1-3 times a week perfectly fine. To each their own I guess.

Shrimp is so low in fat, and has such a great source of essential oils, that I don't mind eating it. It doesn't effect my overall cholesterol.
You can get away with eating upwards of 1/2lb of shrimp per day and be fine, unless of course you have high cholesterol... in which case this isn't smart.
So, 7oz every few days is fine, considering it can get expensive. Variety is just as healthy as clean foods!

I just ate 5 cheese burgers with fries and a thick shake, Cutting Diet starts in the morning though but it was worth it hahaha
